Privacy notice
Version 2 · September 2026
Who is responsible for your information?
James Davis, trading as JD Health & Fitness in Malta, is responsible for personal information submitted through this website.
What information is collected?
If you request the Knee Strength & Mobility Guide or contact James Davis, the website may use your first name, email address and any information you choose to include in your message. Medical information is not requested through the guide form.
Why is it used?
Your information is used to send the requested guide, respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, continue a conversation about JD Health & Fitness coaching. It is not sold to third parties or automatically added to a marketing list.
How is the guide request sent?
The guide form opens your own email application with a prepared message. Nothing is submitted until you choose to send that email. Your email provider processes the message under its own privacy terms.
Website measurement
The website records basic first-party activity such as page views and clicks on guide, WhatsApp, email, Facebook and coaching links. These measurements use broad source and device categories, do not store full IP addresses in the website database and are used to understand whether the site is useful. No advertising profile is created.
How long is information kept?
Enquiry and measurement records are reviewed and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, understand website performance, manage any coaching relationship or meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. You may also choose not to use the guide form and contact James Davis directly instead.
